Operation process of fully automatic vacuum frying machine
The fully automatic vacuum frying machine fry and dehydrate food at low temperature (80~120℃), which can effectively reduce the damage of high temperature to the nutritional content of food.
1.Before starting the machine,carefully check whether all pipe fittings,valves,and palm oil pipelines are firm.
2.Carefully check whether the electrical facilities are normal and whether there are flammable and explosive items around to avoid problems during processing and production.
3.Check whether the parameter settings such as cooking oil temperature,vacuum degree and pressure meet the requirements.
4.The palm oil circulation pump should be started without load,and feeding can be done only when the palm oil temperature reaches above 195°C.
5.The single feeding time should be in order from least to most,not more than 1 minute,the second feeding time should be 3 minutes apart,and so on.
6.If the temperature of palm oil fluctuates greatly and the temperature drops quickly,the feeding time should be shortened or the feeding time interval should be increased.The feeding should be evenly dispersed and the feeding should not be rushed.
7.Pay attention to high-temperature equipment to prevent burns.On-site operators are not allowed to leave their posts during frying time.
8.After frying,the palm oil inlet and outlet valves should be closed,and the remaining oil in the frying tank should be released for filtering or washing.
9.Before feeding,check the amount of palm oil and make sure it is no less than 20CM away from the edge of the pot to prevent oil splashing.
10.To ensure safety,only trained personnel can operate the machine.
11.It is strictly forbidden to touch the box,lid and other heated parts and electrical components during normal operation of the machine.
12.Dry burning of electric heating tubes is strictly prohibited:Before starting the electrical appliance,be sure to inject oil into the pot so that the oil completely immerses the electric heating tube to prevent burning of the electric heating tube.
13.After frying,the remaining oil should be released,filtered,cleaned and the equipment should be cleaned.
