7. Precipitation. The potato production line can perform three-powder processing by precipitation, removing acidic slurry water and powder. Starch can also be dried and packaged for sale.
8. Forming vermicelli vermicelli. Take 100 kilograms of starch and 90 kilograms of water, pour it into a blender, and stir until it is evenly drawn into filaments. Then put the dough into the hopper of the vermicelli machine, open the gate to leak out the powder, and cut it to the required length as needed. By changing different slides, vermicelli of different thickness can be produced.
9. Drying. Dry the formed vermicelli in a cool place, avoid direct sunlight and wind, so as not to lose too much water and affect the opening effect. Stall for 4-8 hours. After the surface of the vermicelli becomes hard, the vermicelli can be opened and dried.
10. Set up a drying rack. When the weather is clear, it can be dry in half a day. When the fans are 70% to 80% dry, they can collect fans. (If the sales volume is large and the goods are short, you can use drying, but it will increase the processing cost)
11. Packaging. Put the fans off the pole and stand indoors for 2-4 hours. Cut it into a length of 30-40 cm with a guillotine knife, put it in a plastic bag, and seal it to form a small package of vermicelli.
